Web Sales Assistant

Ref: FVS/WSA/01/21

The Role:

• Processing online orders through the website;
• Assisting with Stock management;
• Accurate fulfilment of orders;
• Providing excellent customer service;
• Supporting other online functions when needed;
• Complying with relevant legal obligations;
• Assist in new product set-ups on the website.

The Person:

• Have a good basic education which includes GCSE Mathematics and English (or equivalent);
• Have previous experience in an ecommerce or retail role;
• Have good IT skills with experience of Microsoft Applications;
• Knowledge and awareness of the agricultural industry and agricultural products;
• Possess excellent communication and time management skills;
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail;
• Be a team player, capable of working with minimum supervision;
• Preferably have experience of stock control and of a computerised stock control system.
