ROLE: VENDING ADMINISTRATOR – Montgomery Road Office (20 hours per week)
£9.50 per hour
We currently have an opportunity for a Vending Administrator to join our team.
Counting and reconciliation of all cash collected from the vending estate
Production of weekly cash control documentation
Inputting of all weekly invoices and weekly bookwork returns to Head Office
Weekly review of Health and Safety compliance documentation
Identify and implement added value business initiatives to the Company
Ensure all financial processes and controls are successfully implemented
Review all operational issues with the Vending Management Team
Providing advice and guidance for all staff with regards to day to day operational issues relating to cash and invoice controls
Having a strong knowledge of IT packages and Microsoft Office to produce effective management report tools
Responsibilities for end results:
As the Administrator, you will fully support the Vending Team in all aspects of the office support function. You will have a high level of interaction and communication with the Vending Team Leader, Team Operators and Vending IT Support.

Applicants should be enthusiastic about what they do, have a good eye for detail and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
Ability to communicate in a timely manner
Previous experience working in an administrative role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with issues as they arise
The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail
To promote and contribute to a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity
To ensure a safe environment is maintained in compliance with health, safety, fire hygiene and security legislation and company policies and procedures
Ensure effective communication, not only within the onsite team, but with the other service lines including Head Office Support
Participation in committees and sub committees as necessary
Communicate plans with Vending Team and ensure they are communicated effectively
Flexibility in relation to working hours in line with the needs of the business
Any other reasonable requests from the Line Manager
