Bryson Corporate requires a;
Senior HR Officer
(Ref: B/SHRO/D/211)
Temporary maternity cover (approx. 12 months)
35 hours per week
£30,000 per annum
Mon – Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the HR Manager the Senior HR Officer will be responsible for the delivery of HR support and advice to Bryson Care, predominantly in our Northwest office but also to include various sites in Belfast. The jobholder will provide a responsive and effective HR support service and oversee two HR staff to ensure the organisation is compliant with employment legislation, best practice, and regulatory guidelines. The jobholder will provide coaching and guidance on all ER related issues to the HR Team and wider organisation to ensure a proactive approach to ER issues.

Essential Criteria:

  • Degree in a HR related discipline (or equivalent) and have worked for a minimum of three years at HR Officer level OR have a minimum of five years’ experience at a HR Officer level
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience using HR software
  • IT literate and experience of Microsoft Office
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current and pending employment legislation
  • 1 years Management or Supervisory experience
