The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following staff member:

Senior Administrator Ref: 21-134–SA-WBLO-WEB

As Senior Administrator, you’ll help make the service run like clockwork. You will be involved in running the reception and supporting the Registered Manager with managing the day to day administrative tasks associated with running a busy service. With your efficient, professional approach you’ll be responsible for accurate files and production of reports.
To join us, you will need to be an experienced administrator with advanced computer literacy skills (Outlook, Word and Excel). You should be used to working on several administrative tasks and be able to switch between them, whilst providing excellent customer service to people contacting the service. Just as important is an approachable, helpful nature, you should be ready to support our team and build a natural and respectful rapport with our service users.

Hours: 37 hours per week
9am-5pm Monday – Thursday
9am-4.30pm Friday

Salary:  Commencing on £20,903 – £22,183 per annum

Contract:                    Permanent
Location:                    151 Glen Road, Belfast, BT11 8BS

Essential criteria:                  
GCSE English & Math Grade A-C or equivalent
Level 3 Administration or other relevant Administration qualification at this level
 2 years’ experience in an administration environment
Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
Have a full current driving licence and access to a vehicle for the purposes of work. This criterion will be waived in the case of a suitable applicant who has a disability, which prohibits them from driving but who is able to organise suitable alternative arrangements in order to meet the requirements of the post in full.
