Randox Laboratories is currently looking for an ambitious, results orientated individual to join a global leader in the provision of medical diagnostic solutions in the role of Sales Executive in Belarus.

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and development of business relationships between Randox, our International distributors and customers. The candidate will be responsible for the sales and promotion of Randox products within the defined territory. This role will involve identifying regional strategic business opportunities for the Randox business units in order to grow revenue in this region.

This position will be measured against set financial targets that are expected to be met for the business unit to meet its projected revenue goals.

The successful applicant will be field based, ideally in Minsk, with extensive travel throughout the region.

Role Duties:
• Development of business interests in a hugely diverse sales territory in line with targets tied to the corporate growth plan
• Manage distributors in the territory and push for sales growth
• Managing key relations with our current customers
• Conducting regular customer visits to increase sales
• Conducting educational seminars on a regular basis and increasing customer engagement
• Building up in-depth market knowledge of Randox and competitor products, notably QC products
• Identifying new market opportunities and increasing sales
• Handling customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Attending conferences and assisting in the organisation of Randox led Roadshows

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor level qualification or higher in a Business and/or Life Science related discipline.
• Fluency in English, Belarusian and Russian (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers
• Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with high-level business partners
• Willingness to travel extensively and internationally
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Ability to work to strict time-frames and meet deadlines
• A valid driving licence

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar (sales, customer oriented) role would be beneficial
