The Role
As part of the Clinical Services quality department, the QP Services team work collaboratively with a number of customers, worldwide, ranging from small biotech companies to large multinational establishments, performing QP release of product for their Global Clinical Trials.

This is an exciting role, offering you the opportunity to develop your technical and regulatory knowledge in the manufacture of medicinal products through the review of batch documentation and assessment of deviations.  It also provides an opportunity to work collaboratively with our customers and an experienced team to ensure the timely release of product, in line with patient needs and regulatory expectations.  

This role will advance your knowledge of new and novel products and manufacturing techniques and enable you to be part of exciting new developments.  It will also give you the opportunity to develop an analytical mindset and enhance your interpersonal skills.  Comprehensive on the job training will be provided.

Essential Criteria

  • Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a Quality, Regulatory or Manufacturing related role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of the manufacture of pharmaceutical dosage forms e.g. tablets, sterile injectable products, biological products
  • Experience in processing a high volume of technical information to condense into simplified elements

Desirable Criteria
(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)

  • Experience in the generation or review of manufacturing batch records, change controls and or deviations
  • Experience in a customer facing role
