The Role

Working as part of the Quality team based in our global headquarters in Craigavon, the role of the QA Lead Investigator is integral to the success of the Quality Management System in ensuring that Quality Incidents (QIs), Technical Queries (TQs) and resultant Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions (CAPAs) are initiated, investigated and closed out in a timely fashion to prevent the re-occurrence of incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.  The investigation process will involve impact assessment and evaluation of risk.

Essential Criteria

  • Degree level (or equivalent) qualification
  • Previous experience within a Pharmaceutical environment

Desirable Criteria
(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)

  • Degree level (or equivalent) qualification within scientific discipline
  • Previous experience within a Quality related role
  • Previous experience within a role involving incident investigation, data analysis and narrative report compilation
  • Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis tools
