Working as part of the Client Services team based in our Dundalk Campus, you will be responsible for the coordination of multiple commercial supply projects, on behalf of Almac Pharma Services’ clients. As a key part of the commercial client management function, the Project Coordinator will support on-going account management and new SKU introductions, to enable on-time, in-full, product order fulfilment. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client orders, sales and forecasts.

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) qualification OR pending completion of your bachelor’s degree summer 2021
(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) qualification in a Life Sciences, Engineering or Business related discipline
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or regulated environment.
- Previous experience working within project management or a customer service role.
- Previous experience in the use of Microsoft office – Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Power BI
