Due to the continued success and growth of the Almac Group, a new position has been created to work as part of our global Health, Safety and Environment Team. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in order to ensure that all elements of the Almac Group Process safety management process are complied with and to ensure that regulatory requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will have a Degree (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, NEBOSH certified (or equivalent) or working towards and have prior experience in the implementation of process safety management systems.

Degree (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering
Minimum of 3 A Levels and 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including Maths and English
Working towards NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent)
Significant experience in the implementation of process safety management systems
Previous Health and Safety experience within an industrial setting
(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)
NEBOSH General Certificate
Process safety leadership qualification such as HAZOP chair, PSM
