Open To: 2nd year undergraduate students within a Life Science discipline, currently studying towards a degree that requires a year in industry.

Working as part of the Pharma Services Business Unit, Student Placement Analysts carry out routine Quality Control analysis, according to set specifications and methods, working to GMP standards. Within this placement you will gain valuable knowledge and experience within a global pharmaceutical industry.
As a placement student, you will make an important contribution to our teams and work on a specified work-based projects over the year. From day one, placement students are quite literally contributing towards the advancement of human health.

- Studying for a BSc (or equivalent) within a Life Science related discipline
- Be prepared to conduct a 12 month full time placement before returning to university to complete the programme
(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)
- Experience of laboratory analysis (either within a commercial or academic setting)
- Experience and knowledge of HPLC analysis
