Personal Coordinator – Algarve

This role of Personal Coordinator will be based in the Algarve and will support our test to return service for the UK tourists staying in the Algarve. The successful candidate will act as liaison between customers, our sample collection centres, our sample courier service and our Randox Porugal office (Irlandox) facilitating the smooth operation of the test to return process. 

The job is initially a 4-month post with the potential for extension.

•    Excellent communication skills
•    Fully proficient in English and Portuguese both verbal and written
•    Customer service experience 
•    Driving licence
•    Experience in the use of Microsoft packages, i.e. excel, word and outlook
•    Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
•    Ability to problem solve
