Legal Administrator (Job Ref 21/LGAD)
Operating as a member of the Human Resources team the successful candidate will be responsible for the Legal Administration at Head Quarters as well as co-ordinating legal and employment activities with our global offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for the review and drafting of all legal contracts for Randox Laboratories Ltd as well as our offices overseas (both commercial and employment).
The role will also involve branch and overseas office registrations; immigration and work permit issues; assisting with the standardization of Randox employment policies and practices on a global scale and the drafting of legal letters in relation to debt recovery or any other legal action.
The successful candidate must possess:
• A degree level qualification (or equivalent) in a Law based or Legal Administration qualification.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• The ability to work accurately and to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Whilst not essential, previous experience in Legal Administration and/or Human Resources may prove advantageous.
