Job Title: HR and Resourcing Co-Ordinator
Reports To: HR Manager

This position is a unique opportunity to join an ever-growing resourcing team and play a key role within the wider Human Resources team.
The successful candidate will benefit from a hybrid working model. This a full time, permanent role with the core hours of work being 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with Flexi time benefits and a modern office based near the centre of Belfast.

What you'll do in this role:

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR and Resourcing Co-Ordinator will ensure that the organisation seeks to employ the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, as well as dealing with various HR issues in a busy environment. You will ensure employees are inducted and trained by the relevant department, assist in the development and implementation of policies relating to the effective use of staff in an organisation.

What will make you perfect for the job?

You will have previous experience within a Human Resources department with exceptional communication skills and strong competence using Microsoft Office. You will be organised, hardworking and have a passion for the role that you do.
