The Financial Support Services Manager – Income is responsible for managing all aspects of the Housing Executive’s Income Management service, (comprising Rent Accounting, Accounts Receivable and Housing Benefit Finance, receiving over 1m payments each year, and income in excess of £1.3bn), to ensure an efficient service which meets the needs of our customers and colleagues.
Applicants must provide evidence by the closing date for application that they meet the following essential criteria:
- Possess a recognised professional accountancy qualification (CCAB or equivalent) for example ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CPFA
- Have at least 3 years relevant post qualification experience managing a finance function.
