Job Description

Job Title: Causal Events Manager
Service Line: MC Events
Reports To: Head of Events
Role Outline: As the Event Manager, you will be fully accountable for all aspects of the operations of an event including of sports events, weddings conferences and a range of various sized events from large to small, managing a causal events team.   The role requires a level of interaction and communication with the clients and internal teams, so communication skills are essential.

Manager – Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service in accordance with customer requirements across events locations

  • You are a confident, achievement-focused individual who has the drive to deliver a quality service and is committed to securing development and continuous improvement.

Event Manager – Requirements

  • have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Catering/Hospitality/Events Manager/Supervisor with a career background within Bar and licencing environment

  • have worked within Catering & Hospitality

  • have proven experience of working within multi-site operation

  • be an extremely strong manager with the proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a large team

  • have experience of bar and beverage service

  • be able to think logistically and work under pressure whilst remaining calm and professional at all times
