Job Description

Service Line: Craft Event Co
Reports To: Head Chef
Role Outline: We are on the lookout for enthusiastic team members who want to work in fast-paced environments and is eager to be part of a first-class team.
We are ready for you to set the bar high and impact our guests’ experiences by delivering and creating an exciting and memorable event experience

Venues: Cultra Manor, Larchfield Estate, Down Royal Racecourse, Tullyveery House, The Old Rectory, The Wool Tower, Gracehall, Old Court Chapel, Hillmount House, Ulster Museum, Belfast Castle, Lyric Theatre Belfast, Finnebrogue Woods

Chef – Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service in accordance with customer requirements across events locations
  • To work with the head Chef to deliver an excellent food experience all customers.
  • To ensure fast and effective delivery of food.
  • To comply with company Health and Safety Regulations.
  • To assist with any other reasonable task which may help with the smooth running of the event.

Chef – Requirements

  • have worked within Catering & Hospitality
  • The ability to demonstrate great team work skills.
  • Level 2/3 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Be able to think logistically and work under pressure whilst remaining calm and professional at all times
