MAIN PURPOSE OF POST
Joining the Denman Customer Service Team, the successful candidate’s primary duty will be to support our retail and ecommerce partners, processing their orders and delivering great customer service. 

In addition, they will be responsible for collating customer data from a variety of digital sources and transforming it into engaging reports and interactive dashboards which will provide insight and drive performance across the business. 

This role provides exposure to all areas of Denman International, in both business to business and direct to consumer environments and would be an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, hard-working individual.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Business to business customer support, including sales order processing
Maintaining and updating key account information and price lists across all our systems
Producing business reviews for key customer and supplier accounts
Collating customer data from a variety of digital sources such as our ecommerce platforms
Using data sets and data models to create or refresh engaging reports and interactive dashboards, highlighting trends  
Supporting direct to consumer ecommerce platforms and delivering great customer service via traditional and digital methods.
Monitoring and responding to consumer reviews on a variety of direct-to-consumer marketplaces including Amazon.com.
Preparing samples & marketing material
Working closely with other departments to deliver results
General office duties

PROFILE
Previous Customer Service / Sales Support experience essential with a proven track record for delivering customer service excellence.
Able to demonstrate numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Experience of updating ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and eBay
IT literate. Experience of PowerPoint and Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced excel formulae, pivot tables and data modeling techniques.
