As a result of our continued success and growth we are recruiting for Insurance Service Advisors to expand our team.
Working from home as part of our virtual call centre, our Customer Service Advisors meet the specific needs of our existing customers through the servicing of insurance products, whilst providing excellent customer service. You will be an instrumental part of our team with targets including customer service satisfaction, compliance and quality levels in relation to insurance and FCA regulations.

We are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday 9am to 1pm
Shifts are varied, across a working week of up to 35 hours, primarily working remotely from home with some office based duties as and when required. We have both full and part time positions available.

What are we looking for in you?
You have a passion for working with people, and are customer focused
You have strong influencing and negotiation skills
You’re flexible, adaptable and a team player but can work independently with minimal supervision.
You are highly motivated and have a passion for doing what’s right with the determination to follow through
You are computer literate with experience in Microsoft applications, well organised in your approach to completing daily activities and administrative tasks
Essential Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent qualification
At least 2 years’ Personal Lines or Commercial insurance experience, ideally with motor products OR 2 years customer service experience within a Financial Services role
You can communicate clearly and transparently, with telephony experience
Two years recent experience using Open GI software or equivalent platforms
