Role Responsibility
​​​​​​​
Inputting of all invoices, payroll and bookwork returns to Head Office
Working with the management team on the rosters for the business
Ensure all financial processes and controls are successfully implemented
Organising and managing venues diaries and working with suppliers
Taking bookings and dealing with clients requests
Having a strong knowledge of IT packages and Microsoft Office to produce effective management report tools

Responsibilities for end results:

As the Office Manager, you will fully support the Craft Team in all aspects of the office support function. You will have a high level of interaction and communication with the all the departments.

Applicants should be enthusiastic about what they do, have a good eye for detail and have excellent communication and organisational skills.

Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
Ability to communicate in a timely manner
Previous experience working in an administrative management role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with issues as they arise
The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail
To promote and contribute to a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity
To ensure a safe environment is maintained in compliance with health, safety, fire hygiene and security legislation and company policies and procedures
Ensure effective communication, not only within the onsite team, but with the other service lines including Head Office Support
Participation in committees and sub committees as necessary
Communicate plans with the Team and ensure they are communicated effectively
Flexibility in relation to working hours in line with the needs of the business
Any other reasonable requests from the Line Manager
