GRADE:  TL8

JOB PURPOSE:
To manage and co-ordinate the central contract monitoring, support and performance management team and assist the Assistant Director of Asset Management – Project Delivery in developing a comprehensive approach to monitoring and supporting the delivery of the response, maintenance and Heating Services contract inclusive of all M&E related contracts across the NIHE stock.
 
The post holder will influence the performance of NIHE's repairs and maintenance service that will ensure the delivery of a first class repairs and maintenance service to its customers, ensuring the condition of its assets is maintained and ensuring improved value for money is obtained and increased.

REQUIREMENTS:   
Applicants must provide evidence by the closing date for application that they meet the following essential criteria:
1. i) Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or chartership in a relevant Building / Construction Discipline with a minimum of three years at a senior level
or
ii) Candidates without a Bachelor’s Degree or chartership in a relevant Building / Construction Discipline must demonstrate  with a minimum of five years at a senior level
