Responsible to the Compliance Manager for the implementation, monitoring and review of the Executive’s Policies, and Procedures for Heating Systems, Electrical Safety, Carbon Monoxide and Smoke Detectors Lifting equipment (including servicing and LOLER), Septic Tanks and Mains Water Supplies (lead pipe work and leakage notices) to ensure the NIHE is fully compliant with its statutory and regulatory duties to its tenants, staff, contractors and others.
Applicants must provide evidence by the closing date for application that they meet the following essential criteria:
1. i) Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent 3rd Level Technical qualification, relevant to any of the compliance areas managed by this role plus a minimum of 3 years relevant* post qualification experience
ii) HND or HNC or equivalent qualification relevant to any of the compliance areas managed by this role plus a minimum 5 years relevant* post qualification experience
Candidates must possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enables them to meet the requirements of the post in full
